Duomo Smart Suites - Milan

Had a great time at Duomo Smart Suites! Perfect location near the Duomo and Hans was super helpful. Just a heads up, the shower didn't drain properly and the coffee machine was a bust. I'd recommend for the price and convenience!

The room was a nice size and since it had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows I slept like a baby. Amazing staff, gave a lot of information...

we truly enjoyed the hotel, it was incredibly beautiful and had beautiful location so close to the duomo, great location and the center and metro station. the room a nice size and cozy and the beds were large.

I was treated like a commoner instead of the royalty I expected. The coffee machine was as confusing as the staff's lack of presence. I almost got injured from the poorly lit marble step. Honestly, I had such high hopes for this place that a complimentary upgrade would've been appreciated, but alas, I left disappointed.

We stayed here for 3 nights, it was perfect fit for our needs. Stunning and perfect location - a short walk to everywhere we needed...

the place is stunningly beautiful and has beautiful location in the heart of the city. the rooms are a nice size, with 2 large beds provided. an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware are a nice touch. the staff are amazing, we greatly enjoyed them.

The spacious beautiful apartment was very good with a separate sitting area and a huge bathroom with a rainfall shower. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Duomo and Galleria. Plus, the host provided superb service, our stay was comfortable and stress-free.

The only downside was that in shared outdoor areas, noise restrictions could feel a bit limiting.

I was particularly impressed with the friendly service from Hans, who made check-in smooth and provided detailed information about local attractions. The room was clean, quiet, and excellently located near the Duomo.

The Superior King Room was cozy and had a comfy bed, made for a good night's sleep. Loved the storage space and the bathroom was nice with a rainfall shower. It was clean, but the walk to Duomo was a bit long. The nearest metro station was just a couple of minutes away, which helped a lot!

The A/C failed throughout the entire stay, rendering it uncomfortable during hot nights. Daily housekeeping advertised wasn't provided, which could confuse guests expecting that service. Bathroom amenities were awkwardly placed, with hand soap situated too high and a bidet squeezed uncomfortably close to cabinets.

Duomo smart suites has an amazing location right in the heart of the city. We loved the spacious beautiful apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was also quite helpful.

We booked a good-sized room with two big beds. The staff was fantastic when we arrived and remained helpful throughout our stay. The location was beautiful and within easy walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. 🌟.

Can recommend for a hurried visit

Comfortable room, with a tv and air conditioning. The convenient luggage storage option came in handy when exploring the city before heading to the airport 8 km away.
